These Terms govern your use of IGAudio. By using the site, you agree to them.
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By using IGAudio you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2. What IGAudio does
IGAudio lets you extract and download the audio track from publicly viewable Instagram Reels by pasting a link. We don't host, store, or redistribute Instagram content beyond the brief window needed to process a request (see our Privacy Policy for caching details).
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use IGAudio to break the law, infringe anyone's copyright or other rights, scrape or automate requests beyond normal personal use, attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures, or otherwise interfere with the service.
4. Your responsibility for downloaded content
You're solely responsible for how you use anything you download. Only download and use audio you own, have permission to use, or that's covered by an applicable exception such as fair use or fair dealing where you live. We don't review, endorse, or claim any rights to content processed through the service.
5. No affiliation
IGAudio is an independent tool and isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.
6. Service provided "as is"
IGAudio is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that any specific Reel's audio can be extracted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, IGAudio and its operators aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use IGAudio after a change is posted means you accept the update.
